About the Event
If you have problems with overeating or cravings and struggle to connect with your hunger cues, this guided session will really help you. Underpinned by sound mindful eating principles, the session will take a limited numer of people through some practical exercises to learn to understand hunger and reduce cravings. The session is guided by The Mindful Eating Clinic founder, Lori Weber. Anyone wanting to learn some simple Mindful Eating practices to start to manage weight and eating behaviour long-term, this is a great place to start.
