I found the ‘how to stop over eating’ online course to be exactly what I was looking for. The course is good value for money, easy to purchase and use. It is composed of steps, this is beneficial if you want to work though in small sections as time allows, or dip back in after completing the whole course. There are many videos, presentation and exercises which complement each other well. I found some of these exercises particularly effective and they have really helped me to start applying mindful eating into my everyday life.
