If you prefer to work at your own pace, the Clinic has a range of very affordable online courses to help you improve your relationship with food:

The coaching Power Hour will work through your current issues in a dynamic and practical way, giving you at least 3 practical steps to put in place immediately. Sometimes this is all people need, sometimes it's the start of a longer process with the Clinic. Whichever is the case, after the Power Hour, you will have strategies to implement and have started to understand your eating behaviour better.
